About SnapTech

Engineers who build for how business actually works.

SnapTech is not a design studio that treats engineering as an afterthought, nor an outsourced ticket farm. We are a Dhaka-based team of software architects and full-stack builders who partner with growing businesses to solve real operational problems.

Our Story

Why SnapTech exists.

We started SnapTech because we saw businesses paying large sums for software that looked fine in a demo but broke under daily operational reality.

In 2021, we watched a multi-branch retail pharmacy in Dhaka attempt to manage 14,000 medicine SKUs with a combination of two off-the-shelf software packages and eleven distinct Excel spreadsheets. Expiry dates were tracked by hand on paper clipboards. Every stock count took a weekend of unpaid overtime.

The problem was not that software did not exist. The problem was that existing software was either bloated corporate ERPs priced in US dollars or rigid local packages that could not be modified when the business grew.

We built a custom system that unified their inventory, automated batch expiry alerts, and gave the owner real-time profit numbers on his phone. In the first year, they prevented over ৳11,00,000 in expired medicine waste. That project taught us our central philosophy: software is only as good as the operational outcome it produces.

Our Principles

How we think and build.

Four non-negotiable commitments that govern every project we take on.

100% Source Code Ownership

You own every line of code, every database schema, and every asset from day one. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary hostage fees, and no encrypted runtimes.

Engineered for Operations

We design software for the people who use it for eight hours a day. Fast keyboard shortcuts, zero-click batch workflows, and offline resilience.

Admin-First Design

Most agencies build a pretty frontend and improvise the back-office. We spend half our design budget on the management console because that is where business runs.

Fixed Timelines & Honest Scopes

We quote written prices with clear deliverables before starting. If something is out of scope, we explain why upfront rather than surprising you at invoice time.

The Team

Engineers, not salespeople.

A small, focused team of specialists who take pride in writing clean code and shipping dependable software.

The Methodology

How your project moves from idea to production.

A structured five-step process with clear milestones, written scopes, and weekly demos.
01

2–4 days

DiscoverWe learn how your business actually runs before proposing anything.

A working session to map your current process, the people who touch it, and where it breaks. For system projects this is the most important week of the build — a management system designed from assumptions instead of observation gets rebuilt.

02

3–5 days

PlanA written scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date you can hold us to.

You get the feature list, the technical approach, the timeline, and the cost in writing before any code exists. If something is out of scope we say so now, not at invoice time.

03

1–2 weeks

DesignScreens you can review before they are expensive to change.

Wireframes first, then full visual design for every key screen — including the admin side, which is where most agencies stop designing and start improvising. You approve the design before development starts.

04

3–10 weeks

BuildWeekly builds on a staging link, so you are never guessing at progress.

You get a private staging URL from the first week and it updates as we go. Feedback happens continuously instead of arriving as a shock at handover.

05

Ongoing

Launch & supportWe deploy it, train your team on it, and stay reachable afterwards.

Deployment, data migration, and a training session recorded for staff who join later. Every project includes a support window after launch, and an optional care plan after that.

Why SnapTech

Why businesses trust us with their critical systems.

We are built specifically for companies that cannot afford bugs, downtime, or missed deadlines.

Direct Engineer Communication

You speak directly with the engineers building your software, not through layers of non-technical account managers.

Weekly Staging Deployments

From week one, you get a private staging URL that updates continuously so you can test features as they are built.

Local Payment & Courier Deep Integration

Native bKash, Nagad, SSLCOMMERZ, Pathao, Steadfast, and Paperfly integrations built and tested for Bangladesh.

30-Day Post-Launch Warranty

Every project includes 30 days of comprehensive on-call support and bug fixing after going live at no extra charge.
