Web applications

When the thing you need does not exist yet

Sometimes the problem is not a website or a standard system. It is a workflow specific to your business that no off-the-shelf product handles, and the workaround has become a stack of spreadsheets nobody trusts.

Who this is for

Built for the people who'll actually use it

If one of these sounds like your situation, this service was designed with you in mind.

Operations teams

An internal tool to replace the spreadsheet that three people maintain and nobody fully understands.

Companies with customers to serve

A portal where clients check their own status, documents, and invoices instead of emailing you.

Founders building a product

A SaaS product with accounts, billing, and the operational tooling to actually run it.

What's included

Everything we build into this service

Each capability below is part of the build, not an add-on quoted later. If something you need is not listed, ask — it usually means we include it under a different name.

Custom workflows

Multi-step approvals, assignments, states, and notifications modelled on how the work genuinely moves through your organisation.

Dashboards and reporting

Live operational data pulled from several sources into one view, with filters and exports your team will actually use.

Accounts and permissions

Multi-tenant data separation, teams, roles, invitations, and audit logging built in from the start rather than patched in later.

Subscriptions and billing

Recurring plans, trials, upgrades, failed-payment handling, and invoicing through Stripe or a local gateway.

API and integrations

Connecting accounting software, couriers, SMS gateways, payment providers, or an existing legacy system that has no modern interface.

Automation

Scheduled jobs, background processing, and alerts, so routine work happens without anyone remembering to do it.

Documented APIs

Where other systems or a mobile app will consume your data, we build and document a proper API rather than something only we can use.

Built to be handed over

Readable code, written documentation, and a walkthrough for whoever maintains it — including a future developer who is not us.

The back-end

Operational tooling included

A web application is not finished when users can log in. Someone on your side has to support it — reset an account, correct bad data, check why a payment failed. We build that tooling as part of the product instead of leaving you dependent on us for every correction.

  • Internal admin for user and account management
  • Searchable activity and error logs
  • Safe data correction tools with an audit trail
  • Impersonation for reproducing a customer issue
  • Health checks and failure alerts
  • Documentation written for your team, not for us

How it works

Five steps, and you know where you stand at every one

No black box. You see the scope before you commit, the design before we build, and the build every week while it happens.
  1. Discover

    2–4 days

We learn how your business actually runs before proposing anything.

A working session to map your current process, the people who touch it, and where it breaks. For system projects this is the most important week of the build — a management system designed from assumptions instead of observation gets rebuilt.

  2. Plan

    3–5 days

A written scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date you can hold us to.

You get the feature list, the technical approach, the timeline, and the cost in writing before any code exists. If something is out of scope we say so now, not at invoice time.

  3. Design

    1–2 weeks

Screens you can review before they are expensive to change.

Wireframes first, then full visual design for every key screen — including the admin side, which is where most agencies stop designing and start improvising. You approve the design before development starts.

  4. Build

    3–10 weeks

Weekly builds on a staging link, so you are never guessing at progress.

You get a private staging URL from the first week and it updates as we go. Feedback happens continuously instead of arriving as a shock at handover.

  5. Launch & support

    Ongoing

We deploy it, train your team on it, and stay reachable afterwards.

Deployment, data migration, and a training session recorded for staff who join later. Every project includes a support window after launch, and an optional care plan after that.

Pricing

What this costs, before you have to ask

Every project is quoted on its actual scope. These are the starting points — the floor, not the estimate.

Web applications FAQ

Common questions about web applications

Answers to the things people ask before committing. If yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Still unsure? Send us the problem in a sentence and we will tell you what it would take to solve it.

That is normal and it is what the discovery phase is for. We run a paid discovery engagement that produces a scope, a technical approach, and a fixed price. If you then build with us, the discovery fee comes off the project cost. If you take that document elsewhere, it is yours.

Let's talk about web applications.

Describe what you need in a few sentences. We'll come back with an honest view of scope, timeline, and cost — whether or not it turns into a project.
